The Real McCoy team is comprised of three realtors who are close not only professionally, but also personally. Suzanne McCoy, the team´s founder and senior partner, is a Lake Charles, Louisiana native and former high school English, Drama and Speech teacher. But, keeping the "Drama" out of your real estate experience is what she does best by having the maturity to keep the processes progressing in the right direction and right on time. Traveling and observing historic architecture team with her accomplishments in the visual arts and love for history. She is regarded in the community for her knowledge of the industry and her approachability. She has been the recipient of many RE/MAX Awards.
Also, the recipient of RE/MAX Awards, Ashley Rue Matte joined the team in 2006. She is especially knowledgeable in buyer advocacy topics and has an interest and expertise in negotiating investment properties. Ashley is actually a former high school English student of the team´s founder Suzanne McCoy, so that mutual respect goes back a long way. Ashley has two active little boys, and is by far the most "out-doorsy" of our team. Ashley is a master at balancing real estate and her children´s activities. The winner in that scenario is you, our client. Ashley is afraid of nothing and believes the only dumb question is the one not asked.
Jade Miles is a top-producing realtor who began her real estate career in Lafayette, Louisiana before Suzanne was thrilled to add her to the team. Jade adds the spirit of getting tasks taken care of before they become issues. She is the master at multi-tasking. Clients love that work ethic. Jade has a little girl and a little boy who understand what being a "mom-realtor" means. The winner in that scenario is you, the client. And speaking of winners, Jade is also the winner of RE/MAX Awards.
The Real McCoy Team sold over $9 million in commercial and residential properties in 2007. Although we all hold licenses to represent both buyers and sellers and do so, Suzanne specializes in representing sellers and her partners guide buyers and sellers from their first notion of wanting a home or wanting to sell a home to move-in or move-out day.
